This tour is a great extension to the Inca Trail and the Machu Picchu treks. The local train will take travelers to the high jungle thru a magical path next to the Urubamba River, and filled with native flora and fauna. Once at Cola de Mono in Santa Teresa you will enjoy their canopy with 6 ziplines, and then you will visit the natural hot springs of the town, and then enjoy lunch.

This tour extension starts with the check-in at your hotel in Agua Calientes. In the late afternoon a full body massage will help you relax and recover from you trek. This massage will last an hour. At 7:00pm, dinner will be served at El Indio Feliz restaurant. After dinner, you will go back to your hotel to rest and get ready for your next day adventure.
An early breakfast will be served at your hotel. After breakfast, you will take the train from the town of Aguas Calientes to the hydroelectric of Santa Teresa. This ride will last 45 minutes and once at the hydroelectric, private transportation will take you the Colca de Mono campsite. At the Cola de Mono, you will embark in an adventure where 6 ziplines will take you from one side of the Santa Teresa valley to the other one. Once back at the campsite, private transportation will take you to the natural hot springs of Santa Teresa. After relaxing at the pools, you will go back to the Cola de Mono campsite where you will enjoy lunch.
After lunch, you will be driven to the hydroelectric from where you will take the train back to Aguas Calientes to connect with train to Ollantayambo (train ticket to Ollantaytambo is not included.) Upon arrival, you will be driven to your hotel in Cusco.
